Support for the design and manufacturing of a human elevator with a method that has never existed before, composed of parts capable of withstanding 300 kg【Power Ascender】.
The president of Company O from the neighboring K Company expressed a desire for a machine that can lift people using an electric drill and to develop it utilizing assistive technology. We investigated similar products, designed a prototype model through meetings, confirmed the shape, and then proceeded to produce the product using aluminum materials. In fact, President O himself repeatedly tested the lifting mechanism, and we successfully completed the product. The design is safe, primarily using A7075, capable of withstanding the weight of two large adults (300 kg). Our company has also gone through assistive technology five times, allowing us to respond relatively smoothly. Currently, the production volume is small, with about 20 units per year, but we hope that as awareness increases, it will be utilized in various places around the world.
